MelanList Standards of Business 
Your privacy is important and any sensitive data is stored only on a secured server safeguarded by a strict protocol.

Member Criteria:

  • All organizations must be Black owned with minimum 50% ownership and certify that they are Black owned and operated

  • All organizations should operate in alignment with MelanList’s Standards of Business

  • All organizations must be registered in the state in which they operate (where applicable for global companies) and be in business longer than six months. You’ll need your ID and business license to finish the form below.

  • All organizations are strongly encouraged to maintain at least 50% Black employees

  • All organizations must pass a detailed brand assessment performed by Team MelanList and agree to create or participate in two community-focused events per year
